Policy on personal data treatment
This policy on personal data is provided in accordance with art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (hereafter “Regulation”) by Userbot S.r.l., with legal headquarters in Via Vincenzo Monti 79/2 in Milan, as Owner of the treatment (hereafter “Userbot”). This notice is intended to inform the user about the modality of his/her personal data processing.
1. Personal data categories
Userbot, through its website www.userbot.ai (hereafter “Website”) offers its services to its users. During the website navigation, the computer systems, and the software procedures used to make the website work, acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet – the so called “browsing data”. This information is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but by their very nature, if elaborated and associated with data held by third parties, they could allow browsing users to be identified. In this category of data are: the IP address, type of browser used, the computer system, the domain name, and the website addresses from which it was accessed, the addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier), the information regarding the pages visited by the users within the website, the time of access and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer system of the visitor.
The cited personal data will be treated by Userbot exclusively for the purposes and within the limits set out in the following paragraph.
2. Purpose of the processing, and legal basis
Userbot will process your personal browsing data based on its legit interest, as per art. 6, par. 1, letter f) of the Regulation, to insure the proper functioning of the website and its contents.
You will have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data gathered base on a legit interest of the Owner. After your objection, Userbot will stop further processing your personal data, unless there are legitimate compelling reasons prevailing over your interests and rights, to proceed with the treatment, or for the establishment, exercise, and defense of a right in a court of law.
3. Categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated, and purposes of the communication
Userbot may communicate some of your personal data to third parties used for the performance of the activities related to the management of the website. Particularly, your personal data may be communicate d to external companies offering Userbot services for the management and development of the website; these subjects will treat your data as they are responsible for the treatment on behalf of Userbot.
A list of the Data Processors may be requested by writing to amministrazione@userbot.ai. In any case, your personal data will not be disclosed to indeterminate subjects.
4. Retention period
Your personal data will be treated by Userbot only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated above, and will not be subject to further retention.
5. Transfer of the data outside of the European Union
Your data could be transferred outside of the European Union by the service providers that Userbot uses for activities related to the management of the website. Said transfer will be regulated with the service providers through the use of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission with the decision 2010/87EU and any subsequent amendment or alternatively, on the basis of an adequacy decision of the Commission, or of the any other tool allowed by the relevant legislation. You will be able to get information on the location where your data have been transferred, and a copy of said data by writing to amministrazione@userbot.ai.
6. Rights of the interested parties
As an interested party, you may exercise the following rights:
- to ask and obtain information regarding the existence of your data at Userbot, and the processing of personal data established by the company, as well as obtaining access to them;
- to ask and obtain the modification and/or the correction of our data;
- to ask and obtain the cancellation or the limitation of the processing of your data, in the case of data or information that are not necessary for the above mentioned purposes, hence after the storage period referred to in the preceding paragraph.

We would like to inform you that Userbot S.r.l. has appointed someone as Responsible for the protection of personal data (DPO), who can be reached at dpo@userbot.ai .
We would also like to let you know that in accordance with current regulations, you may present any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
